ShareCircle is a trading name of Techno House Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14194301) with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. VAT Registration Number: GB123456789.

By accessing or using the ShareCircle platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

ShareCircle is intended for private use by companies and their invited shareholders. You must not use the platform for any unlawful, immoral, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, using the platform to conduct activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in violation of any applicable laws, including in territories where private share trading is restricted or prohibited.

2. Account Responsibilities

Admin users are responsible for managing company settings, inviting users, and ensuring that all activity within the company’s ShareCircle complies with applicable laws and company policies.

3. Subscription and Billing

ShareCircle offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the associated billing terms as set out below:

• Monthly plans require a minimum commitment of 12 months. You may cancel at any time after the first 12 months with no further charges.
• Annual plans are billed in advance and provide a discounted rate. These are non-refundable in the first year, except where required by law. In subsequent years, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis for complete unused months left.
• Free plans may be subject to feature limitations and are offered on an ongoing basis with no charges.

You may cancel your subscription by contacting support at support@sharecircle.co. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to any minimum term.

4. Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions taken using your login credentials will be deemed your actions.

5. No Financial Advice

ShareCircle does not provide any financial, investment, or legal advice. All share trading is conducted at the discretion and responsibility of the participating company and its users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users or companies that violate these terms or engage in activities that compromise platform security or integrity.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
